A 630 hectares forest park just outside of Newcastle
Tollymore is just two miles from the centre of Newcastle and offers a variety of outdoor activities. There is plenty for walkers with four designated trails in varying length. The Shimna River flows through the park and is criss crossed by a total of 16 bridges.
The park is home to the Tollymore national outdoor centre and the Hotrock climbing wall.
The park has a 1.5km singletrack skills course with a range of features such as rollers, berms, drop offs, table tops, rock sections, northshore and log rolls. The Outdoor centre also offers a number of mountain biking courses for different skill levels.
