The property is on Golf Links Road, Newcastle. Just yards away from the world renowned Royal County Down golf course.
A couple of minutes walk from the town centre and beach while also being in close driving distance of many local attractions.

Renovation and furnishing was carried out throughout the property in early 2015. The décor throughout compliments this seaside town, focusing on comfort.
The ground level consists of a living room, dining kitchen, conservatory, bathroom with shower cubicle and two bedrooms. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and second bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
There is direct access from both the kitchen and conservatory into the enclosed garden. There is a driveway with space for two cars, leading up to a garage with secure lock. Parking on the road in front of the property is permitted.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, as well as having a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A wood burning stove in the living room enhances the central heating system which is throughout the property. Sky TV (family package) and internet are also available.
